Cozy rooms, Good varieties of breakfast. The restaurant team was good especially nilesh

There is a lot to say but I would summarise in a few words. The first impression towards hotel is their staff.. Ajay from the Front office was Apologetic for NO Reason, he lied to us that I am giving you an upgrade in the room but the rooms are on the same floor and the view is almost the same which looks like he lied to us. Instead of explaining the reasons he just apologize for his mistake which was quite Annoying. Archi was really rude she really needs to work on her English, We were standing in front of her in the front office and typing the Wifi password and there was only one guest who came behind me and Archi said Sir can u please give me some space, I was really not expecting this and make me feel little awkward, there was one more girl with her few a times and I can see their faces and expression that they are really not interested to assist, in short hotel's front office team really need some hospitality training.. The room attendants really don't know how to communicate Narayan was grumpy for a small request to change the linen again becoz We felt a soggy smell in the linen which he put. View from the room was really bad even after requesting the front office didn't change.

Nothing except the food was just OK though the choice was very limited.

The room maintenance and cleaning was very poor. WC tank was leaking. Door bell not working. Even hand towels not kept in bathroom, Room service menu was very short not much of choice.

On average, nothing outstanding

Breakfast buffet lacks of continental offer. Mattresses in beds too soft

Location of the Hotel is good. It is a good place but I think You need to work upon the services.

Hello, I stayed here 2-3 times earlier as well. But this time somehow it was really unpleasant stay. Room, services and other basic facilities are not that great.

Staff is not cooperative at all. Does not take any decision.

Behaviour of staff

It was a decent place to stay at, good central location and everything was nearby. They give good toiletries and aren’t of cheap quality. Good amenities. Towels were clean and washed properly.

Things need renovation/ upgrade like the bathroom. The sheets were already used before like they weren’t changed after the previous guest. I know it because after roaming around the city when I finally pulled aside the blanket, the sheet was wrinkled and there were some random long hair on the sheets. None of my family had even been on the bed before that.

Close to the Fort and the Taj Mahal which was my purpose in Agra

WI-FI was very poor. IT KEPT DROPPING AND THEN WENT OUT COMPLETELY while I was working. Called the lobby 3 times until someone came up and eventually it started working again but I had missed my business meeting online.

Only the location was good .

The room offered to my was not at all worth of its price . And the staff was not all supportive you need to remind them everything 2-3 times and washroom does not have hot water in my room.

It was well located for visiting the Taj & town. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant was good. Shower was good with plenty of hot water.

It needs a massive overhaul. Very tired & shabby. Needs a good clean.

Near the Taj Mahal

We only ate at the hotel and got food poisoning from Butter Chicken. They obviously didn’t either store it refrigerated or the kitchen was dirty. At breakfast my husband had to turn the toaster on himself, we waited ages for someone to serve us eggs/omelettes and the fresh pineapple looked bad. The food poisoning started 24 hours after I ate and it’s been really bad ever since, to the point I messed my knickers and bed!

ONLY the reception looks nice!

It was a real nightmare! Everything is dirty at this place! It is really bad for your health to stay at a place like this. In the pool lays poop of the monkeys. The rooftop bar is very boring and full of mosquitoes. And the worst of all, the house keeping stole us stuff!!! We also wanted to leave a day earlier and we asked of that was possible and to get our money back for that night. First they said it was ‘no issue’ but when we checked out they didn’t want to give us our money back. They said you have to call booking.com. So we did! And the answer were clear. The manager was lying and said it was policy of booking.com. This wasn’t true. The hotel didn’t want to give us our money back. This place is a real headache! So be aware :( also the check in en check out service at the reception take a long time :(

The in-house restaurant served the best Indian food I have ever experienced. Tried their Paneer Khadai and Dal Makhani, it was nothing but a good punch in your mouth.

The hotel is quite old with unpleasant smells. The bed is not very comfortable but somehow tolerable. The worst was no Internet connectivity in my room.

The hospitality was great. The staff were very friendly and always met our needs. Very helpful.

Needs a big improvement on wifi. Lost connections so many times and could not do my work. The connection was so bad.

All staffs were courteous and well mannered. Always at our disposal. The bathtub and hot water was like the much needed relaxation I needed. Great experience and I definitely recommend checking out the exceptional services of this hotel.

Cleanliness of the rooms and restaurant food was excellent. Welcoming staff deserves the compliment too.

King size bed provided was joint twin bed with irritating gap in the middle.

Very friendly and helpful staff who were very accommodating during stay.

Hammering noise in evening during stay. Not sure of source as has rooms on both sides. Very disappointed with restaurant and lack of choice and quality of food. The selection was very poor and the food was cold and hard (kidney beans and pastries)

Best location for taj hotel room are amazing for price good location to beep bar a across the road 2 mins walking to taj mahal staff are brilliant and the rooms are high level 5 star rating

Air condition wasn't cold enough

They catered for our request to have the rooms close together. The rooms are for a good size, however the bathroom is a bit small and needs some work! The breakfast has a wide choice of items, with a live station as well. Overall if you staying for a day or two, it a comfortable stay.

While checking out, the internet went down in the hotel which meant no card payments were possible. Lucky, we had cash to cover the bill but otherwise we would have had to wait until the internet was back!

Location only the best part of the hotel, I have heard that was a very good hotel once upon a time

First they have given a room which was not cleaned bed was used and with lots of hairs, when I tried to call from room I found the phone was dead, I came to reception and they send technician and a cleaner or may be supervisor after 10 minutes, he was confused what to do, he offered me two other rooms but those were worst , then they cleaned the same room and bed for me , we were very tired after full day travelling we reached there , for cleaning they took half an hour, tea kettle was there but was not fitted to the plug, no apology or serious ness shown from the hotel, food was not good in taste
